Existing inventory information at your fingertips
You are provided with a unique login and password for our secure internet based platform. You can view your inventory and create your own reports. You can  track Metropolitan's box number, your box number, box description and contents as well as the date of storage. You can track and edit the contents of your boxes and customize the field headings to suit your needs. Other companies charge you to obtain updated copies of your inventory.

Schedule deliveries and pick ups on-line
Sign on, check off the boxes you want delivered to your office and follow the prompts. When you complete the order, an e-mail will be sent to Metropolitan. You can also e-mail orders to pick-up boxes
from your office for delivery to Metropolitan.

Create new boxes or edit information about your existing box
To create a new box, simply select "create new box" from the menu, and fill in the blanks. It is that simple. You may also edit any information for boxes already in your inventory.

Export any report to an excel spreadsheet
Select the required data fields, create a spreadsheet, sort or format
as needed and e-mail your data. All on-line at no charge.

Locate and identify boxes with ease
With our full text search capabilities you can enter a partial description of the contents and locate your boxes within our database.

Track your boxes or their history
You can track a box, whether it is in your office or at Metropolitan. View the history of any box, including the date(s) the box went into
or out of Metropolitan.

Destruct Date
Establish a destruct date for a box and you will get an automatic
e-mail reminder asking you to confirm the destroy order and periodic reminders if the order is not confirmed.
